1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile applications, websites, APIs, or other digital services provided by Freny Fashion ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") explicitly agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to every provision of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately and uninstall any related applications from your devices.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Freny Fashion concerning your access to and use of our digital platforms.
2. License and Access to Use

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using our software. No part of our applications and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our express prior written consent.
5. User-Generated Content and Submissions
If you submit, upload, or post any comments, ideas, suggestions, information, files, videos, images, or other materials to us or our services ("Submissions"), you agree not to provide any Submissions that are defamatory, abusive, libelous, unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, pornographic, or harmful.
By making a Submission, you grant Freny Fashion a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Submissions in connection with providing and promoting the services.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
Our applications may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Freny Fashion. Additionally, our applications may utilize third-party APIs or integrate with third-party platforms. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Freny Fashion shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRENY FASHION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the applications will meet your requirements, that the operation of the applications will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRENY FASHION, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the applications;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the applications;
- Any content obtained from the applications;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freny Fashion and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the applications, or b) a breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
11. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our applications after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
